When is the next drop?
Drops happen roughly every six weeks, on Thursdays at noon Pacific. The countdown on the Drops page shows the exact time.

How do I get a code for early access?
Join the list and reply to the Wednesday email. Codes are given to the first two hundred replies.

Where do you ship?
Worldwide from Los Angeles. Orders over $100 ship free in the US and over $200 elsewhere.

What is your returns policy?
Unworn items can be returned within thirty days. Numbered pieces from a sold-out run can be exchanged but not refunded.

Are pieces made ethically?
All garments are made in a family-run factory in Porto. We visit twice a year and publish the audit.
