We buy 480 gsm brushed fleece from a mill in northern Portugal and test every roll.
Month 1
Cut and sew
A family-run factory cuts each piece by hand and stitches it at forty machines.

Each garment is numbered inside the hem, from 001 to the last in the run.

Photograph
We shoot every piece on our own streets, on our own friends, in a single afternoon.
